My hygienist, Kai (sp?) was fantastic! She did a very thorough job, was extremely informative, and gave me great tips to improve my dental hygiene at home.
All of your personnel are very professional and pleasant to talk with.
I have remained a patient of Dr. Keller for 3 decades because he is a professional in all respects. The staff is welcoming to patients and proficient at what they do.

Overall a very good experience; I feel comfortable with the care. I am inquisitive about the work being done. I think patients should become more of an 'informed partner' wrt their dental work. I often ask the practitioners during the work what decisions they have made and why; not to question but to be a partner in the care, consulted when appropriate. I can suggest that the PADG take the step to involve the patients more in their dental care. AS well, the patients need to accept this role as well.
Hygienists are all professional and polite (this time I had Kelly). Dr. Kono was out this visit but usually is very attentive. I've been a patient for many years and do not have any substantial criticisms. I would have rated the visit excellent if I had been seen on time. Keep up the good work.
I usually have a great experience but this last visit, the dental hygienist was not very good. She was a little clumsy with the different aspects of the cleaning and I didn't feel she was trying to adjust anything based on my feedback to her throughout her process. My teeth also didn't feel as clean as they usually do after a hygiene visit. I would like to request that I not have her again if possible. Thank you, Avery Bernstein
Dr. Iverson is fabulous!!! I can not say enough great attributes about him and his staff. I was in a car accident recently and Dr. Iverson checked the jaw and teeth to make sure they were all in alignment and didn't cracked. In addition, I have a small mouth thus taking impressions are challenging to say the least. He has a digital 3D capabilities that will work with my mouth. I am so grateful for technology and that he has it to provide!!! Thank you!!! Karen McHugh
