On question 4, I actually only had to wait 5-10 minutes, not 15-30 minutes past my appointment time.
The woman who cleaned my teeth seemed very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I think she did a great job.
I especially enjoy Terry, Kelly K, Pam and of course Dr. Iverson.
Staff is very friendly and professional and the dental hygienist did a great job with the cleaning.
You guys are great! I always have a great experience while I'm there, which is the reason. I keep coming back.
I chose 7:00am appointment on Wed. Sep 23 rather than 8:30am on Thurs. Sep 24, because on Thurs. I was at the Temple all day with Lynn Bennion. __ Terry
)verall, I am happy with my care at Palo Alto Dental. This visit was not fun, but when are fillings fun. I was in a bit of pain after not having any pain control during the procedure, but it subsided as the day progressed. I do not blame the office for poor dental care I've received at other offices in the past, but we now deal with the repercussions:(.
you folks have taken care of my family and I for more than 20 years. This is the best dental office that I know off, and will recommend to all. Regards Satish
I particularly like Stella as my hygienist. She is professional and pleasant. She does an excellent job and is very conscientious.
