I've been coming to PA Dental for so long, I didn't have to tell Terry my name. She just checked the schedule, told me the name of my hygienist and sent me upstairs to wait. Very easy.

My appointment was for 1:45pm. I received my normal reminder a few days ahead of the appointment confirming 1:45pm. Then I received a reminder the morning of my appointment and the time was changed to 2:00pm. Good thing I looked.
Dental Hygienist, I think her name was Kelly, was great. Cleaned my teeth thoroughly and professionally. Can't remember who did my x-rays, but very patient and understanding of my gag reflex! Dr Keller wonderful as usual. Front desk staff great and very patient with my possibly annoying questions about payment for the visit's services.
My experience has been that the people at Palo Alto Dental Group are always friendly and professional, including the receptionists, dental hygienists (Maria is the best!), assistants (Caesar - budding tennis star) and my longtime (somewhat accident prone) dentist Dr. Scott. Really couldn't ask for a better combo!
I have been going to the Palo Alto Dental Group - specifically Steve Keller - for more than 20 years. They are total pros and have always taken great care of me. It's an impressive operation!
Dr. Iverson is always fantastic!
