Had a new hygienist. I'm pretty picky but she was great. The staff is always friendly & professional.
I really like Dr. Bahl. She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about her patients. However, my hygienist was sorely lacking in professionalism, cleanliness and skill level. At the beginning, I told her that I don't like the metal scraping tool to be used for plaque removal, instead I prefer the ultrasonic water tool. She agreed to use that, but was not very confident when using it and also managed to take out pieces of my gum. In general, she seemed like she didn't know what was going on. Excellent, as always! Pat cleaned my teeth for the first time (as a sub for Kelly). She was thorough and helpful and gave me some new tips on reducing tartar buildup behind my lower front teeth. Will see how it goes!
Dr. Iverson is an excellent dentist and did a wonderful job at thoroughly explaining my dental situation as well as the potential options to remedy it. I would like to have discussed potential approximate costs associated with pursuing particular treatments, as it would greatly help in determining subsequent dental work.
I can't imagine a better dentist than Dr. Kono. He always works me into his schedule. He is pleasant even in the early morning or after a long day. For the first time, I enjoy visiting the dentist.
