I felt like my hygienist was doing her job of cleaning very well, but that there was no engagement other than the rote standard small talk. I find it very cold and anonymous the way the rooms are set up with chairs facing away form door so you never get to make eye contact with your dentist unless s/he takes an extra step around to greet you.
