The repipe itself was completed successfully, and the plumbing crew that handled the work was excellent. However, buyer beware: this company subs out all of the work, and that’s where the challenges began. After the plumbers finished a little behind schedule, I was left dealing directly with the drywall subcontractor, and the scheduling process became a headache. From the estimate, to the piping and patchwork, everyone was such great people. Made my nightmare that i had been dealing with for years go away. Kind people who explained things and reassured me along the way. From a drizzle in two houses to running water for both in less than a day. Very professional.
Repipe did a great job. The salesman was friendly, funny and good at explaining the procedure, cost and materials used. The work crew was friendly, polite, clean and totally professional. No complaints whatsoever.
