We moved and cancelled this service and they continued to bill us. It is NOT a misunderstanding. I've emailed you to cancel on several occasions and my wife (who is Puerto Rican and fluent in Spanish) called your office yesterday and was told that you will continue to bill us, even though we have moved and told you to cancel.
