This airport is amazing I love it it's not crowded and everybody greets you with a smile best customer services so far southwest airline are the best

I just got off 5 hour flight from new York with 3 year old who 60 pounds super tried and throwing a fit and having my hands full and being 5 months pregnant they bought me wheel chair and wheel us to baggage and to are car I'm so grateful
this is a great airport. TSA is on the ball, be ready. The announcement running yesterday was hilarious - paging Freddy Krueger, Bride of Frankenstein, and other ghouls for halloween!!! Fun in a serious place, we all need that. I travel to Reno a lot (from there) and its always clean and safe there.
All good. We flew in for a week of vacation at Lake Tahoe. Everyone at the airport was friendly and helpful. It is a very nice facility. Out experience leaving was just as nice. Found our way around easily. We had a wonderful time.
This airport is great. Security was quick, and staff was friendly. I just wish they'd get some Canadian airlines in. Flying from Vancouver, it's annoying going all the way down to LA for a connection, when it could easily be a 1.5 hour direct flight.
