Watching loved ones hug goodbye (And taking pictures for them), and seeing people reunited. That longed for embrace as people watch for their loved ones to descend the escalator. The airport is a wonderful area to sit and embrace human nature.
Nice airport..quick security check thru TSA pre- check. Pleasant and friendly agents. Good experience other than 2 hours flight delay. Made connection in Vegas in the nick of time.
I had my boarding pass preprinted an it did say I was pre checked, but when I got to TSA she told me I was randomly selected for the physical check and had to remove my shoes and all that. I thought that if you were over 70 you didn't have to do that. When I mention to her that I was 73 she said don't worry we'll get you through real quick. Obviously I was none too happy about that.
RNO, Reno Tahoe International Airport very accommodating to our veterans and community. The staff is there to ensure Honor Flight Nevada veterans are supported and welcomed on their return flight! We appreciate them!
We are so fortunate to have an airport administration that supports groups that want to gather and welcome home our military troops with banners, flag waving and cheers. It has been an honor to be a part of some of these events. It is so heart warming to see the smiles and sometimes tears as these military members return.

Everything went smoothly for for my daughter and grand baby . Until she called me and said there's no whole milk to be bought anywhere at those stores inside the airport ! She previously called the airlines and was told she could not bring milk but instead just buy it there . Omg my grand baby suffered 7 hours of flight with NO milk !!!! Please verify the rules .
It was a great airport.very nice people. Not complicated
