Decent airport experience, clean, small selection of food, flight left on time.
Good food options on both sides of security. Friendly people.
I would give it a 5 stars if the slot machines were a little looser.....HA HA
The staff are extremely friendly, and TSA don't seem to be operating off of a script. This is a welcome addition when you're used to unfriendly airport experiences as being normal. The restrooms are kept very clean, and the stalls were designed with having carry on items with you. The restaurant options behind security are limited which resulted in a docked star.
Worst airport experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! Everyone was rude starting with the very first person I met at the ticket counter and baggage check. TSA pre check meant absolutely nothing to these rude people. And the one man who was physically checking my sisters bag was moving so slow that even his own coworkers were complaining!!! I don't even think they deserve the one star!!!!
Airport direction signs from the freeway. Two different signs had the airport symbol, I missed both. Airport itself was excellent.
The airport is clean and quiet. I am used to the hustle and bustle of Minneapolis and enjoy my waits a Reno. I am disappointed in the fact I can get no direct flights into the airport from my home base but that's not their fault.
No line, friendly TSA and airport staff. Good beer on tap at the taphouse
Travel frequently from Las Vegas to Reno and back. Facility was clean (as always). Did not eat anything this trip but have tried bagel and pizza before and it was fine. Flights were on time so happy about that as well!
