The staff is surprisingly friendly. The security staff in TSA were jokers and they were doing their job effectively
Flew out of here 2 times in the last month. Tsa=unpredictable, alaska/horizon suck almost 8 hours in delays. More delay than flight time. Come on get your stuff together!
19 people in line at security, 40 minutes of watching nothing happen. Missed my flight and had to spend $350 on a later one. Security was a joke today!
Very friendly and laid back airport. It's made the long wait after a conference much more pleasant. Friendly TSA agents, lots of room to relax, and Paws for Passengers seemed to make a lot of people happy!
Alaska/horizon agent was awesome! TSA line was quick and my drink was perfect!!
I fly in & out of RNO international every week, one of the easiest & friendliest AP in the western US! Keep up the good work TSA
Airport is very nice. I don't know if the run ways are short or what, but the landing was very rough. Only my second time flying so it might just be that I don't like flying at all.
Easy check in. The Margaritas are awesome, at the gate B.
Because they didn't make us sit on the plane for hours while we wait for an update on the wind.
