The hertz return agent Ted was very rude not very helpful
Got here to see our flight was cancelled and re-routed! Four hour wait ! I guess American Airlines can do whatever they want.
Tsa was great. Kind. Nice. I had no issues here. Airport clean, quiet.
TSA here is the worst. I'm a 61 year old disabled they did a complete body search on me after swabbing my hands. This included calling in 3 police to make sure the 2 TSA officers were okay. The officers even claim I pushed the TSA baloney. There is no talking with these people. Horrible
Today was a terrible day attempting to leave Reno Tahoe airport using United airlines. Arrived around 04:30 for a 06:30 flight to Houston. The flight was delayed, and cancelled multiple times. United's representatives mislead our 06:30 group. Many of us received incorrect information and had out flight tickets reprinted a couple of times for the "upcoming Houston" flight. Reno Airport is so easy to get around and find gates without getting lost.
TSA is a joke here so many people missed there flights because of the slow lines
I just want to say how much I love this airport!! I am traveling with my four year old who decided it was a great time to get sick walking through the doors this morning! So as I drop all my bags and rush him to a trash can a very nice guy who worked there offered to help me with my bags to get him to the restroom. He then went and looked for a bucket for my son while i checked in. The officers who were near by checked on us again as we went through security to make sure he was OK.
