Rental car pick up and return quick and easy. Airport PSA pre-check security the same. Always have traveled to Reno and found it to be a good experience...traveling there 1-2 times a year for the last 20 years.

Of all the airport's in the U,S, Reno has the most rude workers, and the parking for getting picked up is seriously messed up!!! Worst airport in the U.S.!!!

It's a great airport but wished they had more direct flights out east. Back in 2000 I remember all these flights going into Reno and due to the last recession most of those are gone. I don't care what airline just more flights to make it easier would bring this airport to the next level. Tough to do business with many flights going to SF or LAX. More to DFW or ORD would help.
