It is a great place for its location and size. Reno did a good job here.
Great experience! Very efficient security checkpoint. The Southwest counter person was extremely helpful and friendly. Gate areas are large enough to not be congested.
Clean, efficient, friendly (!) - even the guard talked and joked with folks as we stood in line to go through security. Not a typical giant airport, and that's a good thing! Too many gambling contraptions though. �

I am a first time mom traveling yesterday with my 7 month old. One of the TSA agents helped me with my bags getting them on the belt and walked me through the whole process. It was a great experience and I couldn't be more grateful!
SO CLEAN!! ❤️❤️❤️ Incredibly nice people. I was amazed that even the TSA people were friendly and asked how we were doing. I'm from Atlanta and you can barely get some of those people at Hartsfield-Jackson to crack a smile. Thanks from making our early morning travel experience great and easy! Oh! We also are at Timber Ridge and we had great service with a gorgeous view of the mountains and planes.
I had no problems coming or leaving Reno's airport. It is a long walk to the outside however :) From the plane to the exit or the outside to the gates is a very long walk.
