Not their problem all flights were canceled! You would think it was by how upset were all were. I drive to Sac to catch a later flight
The airport is very nice on its own. Most of the staff are very helpful and attentive. The TSA agents at the security check are very poorly trained on regards to disabled persons. When I was talking my girlfriend to her flight home they had no idea how to help her get through the check point. They were very concussed and unable to aid without being told what to do.
Fine. I wasn't mugged and didn't get food poisoning from any vendors so that was 2 plusses. �
One of the best experiences I've had at ANY airport in the US or Internationally. Very fast and efficient through security by nice friendly staff. Lots of information about our delayed flight as well. Good job Reno-Tahoe!
