I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everyone seemed to be. TSA, and all employees all seemed genuinely nice. Smiles and small talk thru the airport.
Easy to get in and out of. Everyone is helpful and pleasant. Environment is clean,organized and happy.
I was flying because of being a good star parent and flying my sons death and coming through the airport carrying my sons flag. The TSA went it out of way to make sure that the flag was handled with respect and to make sure that I did not set the flag on the ground. I was treated with the upmost respect. The airport was very clean and very well taken care of. I have been flying in and out of this airport since the late 1980s and the airport is always so well taken care of and a pleasure to use.
Staff were nice. Short TSA line was also nice. Clean facility as well.
I was pleasantly surprised when the security guard noticed I had TSA precheck and immediately put me in the line with no line! Love not having to take off my shoes nor unload goodies from purse in 1 qt bag! It made my flying experience so easy!
solid 4 it was a nice airport...a lot of walking for the size, but the TSA doing a Random spot check as we are getting on the plane was ridiculous. Seemed a little like they just needed something to do...We where all screened at the security check point. So, what was the point...
