To the people that were working on December 12th around 1:30 pm at the TSA checkpoint. My mom was on her way to see my grandma who has not been doing so well. She was so flustered that she left her boarding pass and passport in one of the bins. She made it to the gate before she realized that she didn't have it with her. She had to run back, the lady from the gate ran to get her a new boarding pass and the TSA workers looked through each one of the bins. Dropping my sister off the officers and TSA were very nice enjoyed a short conversation with them while we waited to see my sister off. We were way to early. Not like any other airport. The best ever
American airline ticketing staff all decided to leave at the same time leaving nobody to assist checking bags. When they finally came back, again at the same time, one had an attitude problem, scoffing "we have other jobs to do."
Friendly staff. I loved that they had a sense of humor. Very helpful.
