Southwest Airlines very helpful! Even at 5 AM! New technology makes it easy.
Easy rental car pick up and return, smooth security process, nice play area for kids, good selection of shopping and food.

Good airport for its size but the restaurants are really missing out by not opening until (?) after 6 AM when there are lots of flights leaving at 5:45-7:00 AM. Disappointing to have one coffee shop open for those flights. Other than that, clean, well marked, tight-seating like all mid-size airports.
Great airport. Airport personnel friendly and eager to please. Nice to see some folks happy with the job they have. Experience at Grand Sierra Hotel complete opposite. The employees at Jet Blue at this airport saved the day as far as my experience of the people of Reno.

The airport itself is great! Seems small yet carries international appeal! Love the decor of natural wildlife from around the state. Now if the airlines could get their acts together we'd be all good! 👍🏻😉
