The fastest and most smooth experience I've ever had traveling through the airport. I was amazed especially prior to Christmas. From my house to parking, Checking luggage, through TSA and to the gate was less than 45 minutes!
Reno is one of the best airports I have ever been and I've travelled a lot domestically and internationally. I was in and out of the airport in less than an hour when I arrived and got checked in for my departure in less that time too!
I loved it, not crowded everyone was friendly, flight was on time. Great experience.

Who is to blame for a 50 minute wait for our luggage to hit the baggage area? Was it the airport, or was it American Airlines? Sunday 12/11/16 we arrived from Dallas Ft Worth on American and made our way to the baggage area. A few, okay 5 to 7 pieces of luggage were snaking their way through baggage area #4 when it was halted. We all waited and waited.
