We have contacted Renewal by Andersen during 2019 summer time, rep came to our place gave a quote for 4 patio doors and mentioned price is locked down for 1 year. As total project price was out of planned budget amount, we did not sign-up contract. Now they have a new promotion Buy 1 & get 2nd 40% off. We contacted them over phone with normal expectation that total price be lower than last time, we shocked to learn that price not be lower because they increase base price to adjust/cover 40% cost and still work out same price... read more
Service call to fix a faulty lockbar was fast and went smoothy. Casey was courteous, explained the work he did, and made sure everything was fixed properly.
I have used Renewal three times all with very positive results. Recently I returned from many months away and found I could not lock one of my bathroom sliding windows. Renewal responded very quickly. The tech deftly explained that the "problem" was not an installation or production error but rather I had not fully closed andlocked sliding widow so that when I returned after several months the weather stripping conformed to the new position because of the heat. We are 100% satisfied with the windows and sliding doors from Renewal by Anderson. We've had a noise when opening a sliding door that has been going on for some time. It didn't really bother us, but we finally decided to call RbA for service and have it taken care of. The technician called 15-20 minutes before he arrived and was well within the allotted schedule set up when I first called. The technician was polite and took the time to solve the problem.
