Andrew made two visits--one in January & one today--to repair our French door which was not properly aligned in the frame; he fixed this in no time & also diagnosed that the locking mechanism was not working properly. This required the second visit & a new part. The door is better than new! Andrew was professional; a quick worker; and explained everything about the initial problems & the repairs. Five stars!
Erik Sorensen completed our window measurements on 2/9/21. He displayed professionalism, followed the new CDC guidelines, & explained the installation process (number of days project will take along w/3-4 crew members). Reviewed contract & made any necessary changes. Would recommend him for all projects
Alan from Anderson window came out to our house today to measure for a bay window and two flanker windows. Alan arrived on time for appointment, explained everything that was going to happen when installation was going to happen, made sure everything was correct with our window purchase. Very professional. Thank u Alan
Eric was very professional and thorough today. He took all of specifications to move forward with our order. He was able to get answers to questions immediately from his management. We look forward to the rest of the process being issue free.
The RBA service team was prompt, courteous, and maintained all COVID protocols. Andrew, our service tech was fantastic. Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for every homeowner who needs replacement windows.
We are very happy with the windows. We no longer have the moisture issue inside that we did with our old windows. I know it is more expensive than vinyl windows but we felt the long term investment is worth it since we don't plan on moving. We felt that eventually the vinyl windows would expand and contract and once again letting the air differential create more moisture. We are going ahead and having the rest of our windows replaced.

they tell you lies. we have fixed glass In our house and were told it would not cover wood on inside. when they brought the windows it came all way to inside covering our wood we spent hundreds of dollars. now they are going to charge us 25 percent of entire window cost for nothing. their salesman are liars. do not believe anything they say.
