RecommendedIt has been a great experience dealing with Renewal by Anderson Knoxville. From the first contact to the completion of installation, we have been very pleased. The installation team headed by Brandon was courteous, efficient and installed 19 windows for us without one single issue. Highly recommend this company. We made appointment with them and they called to reschedule right before time. We rescheduled with them and they called 3 times to confirm and then day of appointment they cancelled on us again I even changed my work schedule for the appointment. To me this is RED FLAG. If thus is example of their service I would not trust them. Poor customer service BEWARE!!

We are so happy with our decision to replace all our windows with RBA. From the very first call to the end result the staff was so professional and knowledgeable. The quality of the windows are amazing and the entire staff was very efficient and nice. It was nice to be able to make this huge decision without feeling pressure! 👍🏻👍🏻
RBA did a great job on our window job last summer but I did not get the same level of Customer Service on a patio slider job done this summer. The sales and installation team were excellent - the support staff was not. Our install date was delayed twice - the first time no notice , the second time 1 hour notice. Upon installation the incorrect hardware was installed . Many promises by Operations Staff were unfulfilled . Requests for concessions ignored. Windows and Slider look great however the High Level of Customer Service... read more
