Initial consultation was very informative and I felt no pressure to purchase. Initial appointment was within two days of my inquiry email. Measurements were taken a few days later. So far the process has been very easy and we are very excited to get our new windows installed!
Russell was very professional and answered many of our questions as thoroughly as possible. He had many samples of various windows and doors, which I appreciated seeing. He also came back with Erik on measurement day and promised to stop by on installation day to make sure things were going smoothly. Erik was very knowledgeable and thorough as well. Russell fit us into his schedule within a day, which we appreciated. Gave a detailed presentation on the quality of Anderson windows and how they install them. We have a 120 year old home, both the process and quality matter to us. Erik did a fine job measuring for the windows and explaining the process. Both arrived on time as scheduled. Looking forward to getting our windows installed.
