they tell you lies. we have fixed glass In our house and were told it would not cover wood on inside. when they brought the windows it came all way to inside covering our wood we spent hundreds of dollars. now they are going to charge us 25 percent of entire window cost for nothing. their salesman are liars. do not believe anything they say. As of now we have 9 Renewal by Andersen windows. The only word to describe the product is “awesome.” But beyond that, you not only get an awesome product, you get a full A team bringing their best game into every interaction. From sales, to scheduling, to installation...even clean-up, I could not be happier. Highly recommended.
RBA were timely, very professional, have answered questions & addressed any concerns I had. Very easy to work with. Follow up with Andrew went well. He brought a missing piece & made small adjustments to the hinges in the doors. I couldn't be happier. I will say for the money, these doors & windows should last for years!

Followup to questions regarding warranty coverage. At best this is a haphazard approach to customer service after the sale. it took nine months to even get in touch with someone who expressed an interest in my questions and then they broke their promise to get back to me. l would not recommend RBA to anyone. Their business model seems to be built on divide and conquer....make the sale then jump ship. Such a disservice to prey on the public, then disappear into the woodwork. Next time I'll tell you how l really feel!
