Had one of their people come to our door and try to sell us on windows. Told her not interested she pushed anyway then pointed out our no soliciting sign to wich she said that her company has permits and so she can go to houses tgat has no soliciting signs then she got a major attiude and ended up flipping off my 72 year old father as she walked away and proceded to go to my 3 other neighbors houses wich also has no soliciting signs. Top notch follow thru on a latch concern. Chris S called ahead of time, showed up on time and did a great job. He also managed to not let our cats outside! Above and beyond
Chris Spitznogle, new to the job brought a great professional attitude to the job. I showed him the problem with the latch info mechanism, and he took the problem and ran with it. Flash froward about three to four week later, Chris called and told me that the new window was in. We agreed on a time and sure enough he was at my home with replacement windows. He was finished installing both windows cleaned up the mess and out the door with a ( sorry about the problem in the first place ) great service thanks to Chris Spitznogle
I first impressed that when we called we had immediate assistance. From there due to my schedule we had to reschedule a couple of times but eventually got time and Andersons made their schedule flexible to mine. The commercial where they use the heat lamp is absolutely true. The Installer Nick and his helper changed out all 10 windows in a full day, but everything was secure and sealed before they left the first night. My whole experience has been amazing. From the salesman (Dan) to the customer service guy (Christopher) to the installers (Chad and Brandon). I am 100% pleased. The windows look great and Chad did a great job on the window sills. This has been so worth the money. My windows were the original ones from 1956 so I am looking forward to my public service bill to go down. I loved the heat lamp test too. Just like on TV. Thanks guys!
Kevin Austin came out to do some repairs due to the hail storm we had. He was a great guy and did the job quickly. His customer service was spot on and left the area cleaner than when he showed up. Thanks again for a great job.
