They did not honor their warrantee. Had a window crack because of the cold. Evidently that is not a manufacturers defect. Be cautious.
RecommendedHad a wonderful experience, the crew was exceptionally clean which was a concern for us due to small children and animals. Repairs for anything that needed to be done after the install were all done in a timely fashion and on my schedule. Would recommend renewal by Andersen to anyone.
This was our second install with Renewal by Anderson. They were prompt, quick, careful and a pleasure to work with. Wayne and his install team were a delight!
Chad Johnson installed a new sliding door today and did a fantastic job. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend him to anyone for an installation. GREAT JOB!!!!!
I already gave them a poor rating. What bothers me most is they are so arrogant or just so poorly run they just don't care. Too bad because they could own the market. What a waste.

We had 15 windows installed and they look great. We can already tell a big difference in efficiency. The installation was done by a 6 man crew and they were all terrific. They were respectful and personable but most of all they knew what they were doing and knocked out the job in a fay and a half. Great job! Thanks RbA
Christopher Spitznogle and Shawn just did a wonderful job repairing our sliding door. The were prompt, efficient and very friendly. They even let my very curious 3.5 year old "help" and watch the whole process. Even though we've had a few issues with this door over the past year and a half, Anderson has always responded quickly to our service calls and taken care of the problems. Thanks!
Christopher Spitznogle, the installation manager, and another employee, from the window and door replacement office out of Grand Junction came out to fix one of our previously installed windows. He/they were very courteous and polite. Upon arrival into our home he/they asked if we would like them to remove their boots. They installed the new window within 10-20 mins and did an excellent job. They didn't even need to remove our blinds while completing the replacement and no damage was done to the blinds. They were very profes... read more
