Had them come out to give an estimate to replace our windows. The representative said he would send us the written estimate when he got back to the office. He didn't. I had to call the office before I finally received it. I told him when he was here that I was applying for a Rural Development Grant and that I needed the estimate broken down between supplies and labour. I really love my windows, but the after install service leaves a lot to be desired. I called two weeks ago about a problem with three of my 11 new windows. I was told they were busy because of all of hail damage and that someone would be getting back with me. Well, so far no one has gotten back with me and I think two weeks is long enough to wait. Dillon did great job installing our French door. Very polite, covered everything and cleaned up after the work was done. Will use them again to install upstairs French door later this year.
Our installer Nathan L. And crew were professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. We really like that they took the time to place plastic and red carpet on our floors and carpet and cleaned up after they were finished. We can already notice and feel the sound and temperature change in our house. We can’t wait for the rest of our windows to be installed hopefully by Nathan. Great job.
