Install went fast, clean and efficient. Very happy with it all.
Update-OK its June 30th., almost 5 months since we signed on the dotted line and my patio door replacement project (3 sliding doors)is still not complete. Of the 3 doors, 2 were defective, one was drilled improperly at the factory and the other was bowed. I am still waiting for there bowed panel replacement to arrive. The crew are nice folks, very polite, well organized and neat but dang, 5 months for 3 doors???For the price I expected them to get it right the first time. I'm undecided at this point. Our installation crew worked hard and efficiently! They were considerate of our home and we're polite and professional. They also finished one day ahead of schedule. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns.
Our salesman, Shaun, was very courteous and very informative, in selling the product. They were able to install at 3 weeks instead of 8 weeks, as was in contract.The installer, Chad, was also very courteous, very hard working. He was here on time, and worked straight through, when installing our patio door. He was very careful, very thorough and cleaned up as he went along. Both Shaun and Chad deserve 5 stars!
