Will never use them for their door to door sales technique. We had multiple people in our neighborhood, harassing and having terrible attitudes. They can't understand what a "No Soliciting" sign means. We have video of one of them and the attitude and inappropriate behavior he displayrd has made me decided to never even consider using this company. We have submitted the video to the police for the constant harassment and reported their vehicle.

This is the Worst Company EVER, They run very slick TV commercials, portraying a different image than what really exists. Their call center is out of MA, and they will call you non-stop, even after I setup an appointment (of which I wanted as I am replacing 15 windows), they still called and asked the same questions over and over. I confirmed the appointment, but since I didn't answer the questions about how old my windows were for the 3rd time they didn't have anyone show up to the appointment. We would not recommend Renewal by Andersen! We paid $6000 for three windows because they're south facing and we wanted top quality. Our one-day installation project turned into 6.5 weeks to finish. We had to send pictures of what the front of our house looked like before they replaced the window because it was not right. We were also left with a window that didn't properly close and lock for 1.5 weeks during one of the coldest weeks in December. Spend your money elsewhere!!
