I have read some reviews that says something similar to this. So thought it would help the company to pay attention to this. I have a sign in the door that says no soliciting, which they ignored too. When ahead and rang the bell.

It's Valentine's Day and I have a sign on the door no soliciting ... Nope the guy didn't care .... I didn't want to open the door and he got all upset .... What's wrong with that picture....

Very disappointed! They insisted that both me and my partner be present for the meeting. Up till now I've met with all the other renovation companies Aline and still made the decision together. I'm the one who has done the research, checked consumer reports, and spoke to reps at the home show. Renewal by Anderson loses out. Pella here I come!!!

Thank you for your feedback and I sincerely apologize for your experience. Renewal by Andersen does not require all homeowners to be present during an in-home consultation. Many of our locations may ask if all homeowners can be present as we have found over the years that given the nature of the project, our customers actually prefer this type of consultation. I replaced my windows with Anderson this year, the windows are wonderful, and so was the installation and customer service, right down to the last detail! The nicest most thorough and knowledgeable folks I have ever worked with.
Andersen windows should clone the team of Derick Huff and his asst., Clayton because they are a terrific compliment to those first quality Andersen products. Bravo!
