Similar to other reviews. Reached out as I'm interested in installing a sliding door. The sales reps have been very pushy and calling repeatedly after I said I would contact them when I was ready for a quote. In the last two days I've gotten 6 calls from them! I finally picked up and the sales rep was very pushy. I told them I was previously interested but definitely not anymore. That is NO way to get business.

I have not used this company and I would never consider it after discovering their sales techniques. They drove a 15 passenger van into our neighborhood and loads of people got out to do door to door sales. (Our neighborhood does not permit soliciting.) Also, the person who came to my door was pushy and rude. She would not take 'no' for an answer so I finally had to close the door on her. I would have rescheduled my appointment if you had respected the conversation we had earlier today and actually listened to my explanation about needing to discuss a new date and time with my husband, who works nights opposite me, and getting back to you tomorrow. I hope you listen to my request to take me off of your call list now.

Just had a young man knock on my door in a Renewal By Anderson blue Polo shirt and hat. When I pointed out the "No Soliciting" sticker on the storm door his reply was, "Yes, but M'am..." When I do decide to purchase new windows it will not be from this company.
