The installation of our kitchen sliding glass door is our third project done by Renewal by Andersen. We have NEVER had an issue with their workmanship or their employees. This team, Nathan and Nick, were very professional; they showed up on time, protected our semi-new hardwood floors, cleaned the work area completely when finished and did flawless work on the installation. We had some remediation work done by Kevin. He was professional and kind. Matt was also. Although it seemed the process took a long time we are very happy with the results.
The entire process went smooth. The install techs were professional and clean. There was a tiny tear in the screen for the patio door but the installers were proactive in bringing it to my attention and had me fill out a form indicating they will reach out to me to either fix it or replace the screen.
