Horrible customer service!! I tried to make an appointment at the reception, and the person I spoke to was very unhelpful. He made me feel as though I was trying to schedule an appointment with royalty. He didn't provide me with any options at all. It was just awful.

Came in today to get my hair cut. I can’t for the life of me remember my hairdressers name but he was absolutely lovely. Recommended cuts and styles and really got to know my hair. I’ve walked away with the best hair I’ve had in ages and I’m extremely happy. 10/10 experience, thank you!

This was my first time going to a hairdressers as a dude so I was a little nervous at first. But Rohan immediately settled those nerves and made me feel comfortable. He knew just by looking at my hair exactly what I needed, and so I went with the wolf cut he suggested. It turned out great and I left feeling really good. He’s a great hairdresser, has a wealth of experience, and has great conversation. I will absolutely be coming back next time. 10/10 would recommend him
