After a stroke I put on weight to the extent of reaching 19 stone,I use this gym five mornings a week I have lost weight in process of changing my foods intake ,avoiding takeaways and microwave meals easier said than done,I have given myself two yrs to lose 4 stone,it's so hard to totally change lifestyle when you are used to your pre lifestyle but I will give it a go,£40 per mth is a bit pricey but hey that's the sign of the times I'm afraid,Helen,kaz,jack are ok too members range from 50 to 95 hence why it's called gentle ... read more

Helen, Kaz, and Jack are all great and friendly. We go 3 x weekly. We have made friends and feel relaxed. We get help when needed and always feel welcome. The machines are power machines to help older or inactive muscles at ease without too much force or pain. The staff are aware of each individuals needs and assist where necessary.

Absolutely amazing, the staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. This gym is designed to help people with limited mobility- regards of cause. The other members are welcoming and chatty. I feel there's no pressure to meet this goal or that goal, simply my own goals in a time that my body allows me to do so. I've only been a few times now, but I'm already seeing benefits from going. I would really recommend this gym to anyone of any age.
