I had my husband's 50th birthday party here and the staff over exceeded my expectations, they entire team was more than wonderful. We had guest from out of town, friends and family that also booked rooms for the weekend and the hospitality they showed us was welcoming. The team made every possible attempt to ensure our stay was a memorable event, my husband party was an experience no one would forget. Beautiful hotel but the customer service is what makes it a 5 star hotel. We have stayed at the Renaissance several times now when we are stateside visiting family. Consistently the service is over the top. We were taken care of from the time we pulled up front until the shuttle dropped us off at 4 am. The morning shuttle driver is the friendliest person I have ever had to talk to at 4am.
This was always our “go to” hotel for park and fly, until this trip. Our vehicle was broken into (2nd car that day per police officer). Apparently there is no security or cameras to watch for this sort of occurrence. Very disappointed in Marriott for not taking better care of their customers.

The food served at the 43rd Annual MOKAN Awards Dinner was the Best hotel food I've had in years. Thank you!
