The people who run this hotel were very accommodating during my stay from day 1. While waiting for 15-minutes, they gave me a complimentary breakfast buffet, which was tasty. Afterwards, they went out of their way to be accommodating by providing a small bottle of distilled water so I could use my CPAP to take a nap after my flight. They were also very accommodating to my mother when a small accident in their entrance circle caused a tire to get torn. This place used to make you feel like royalty when you arrived. Now it feels more like going through a fast food drive through. Food poisoning from the chocolate covered strawberries in the room was the pinnacle of our experience. Sadly after years of enjoying this hotel we will not be returning.
Our room was very comfortable with a "homey" feeling; did not want to leave. I also enjoyed that I was able to login and stream my Hulu account on the guest television. Shontay at the Front Desk was very hospitable, welcoming, and courteous; she addressed our every need the minute we arrived! Excellent customer service! From Check in to checking out, everyone went over and beyond! Marilyn was extremely helpful, polite & friendly upon our late Check-in last night-- A++ service! Jim the Bellhop, that was working this morning, was top notch as well! Very friendly and helpful as well! Thank you for making our stay delightful!

Very nice hotel. Had a few issues with booking on the Marriott app, but the hotel handled it flawlessly. Their staff was super friendly and accommodating! Julie and Ellen get a special thanks! Thanks for a great weekend getaway with the kids!
The hotel is very nice however , it was my Family Reunion from May 25 - 28 2018 and it was not what I expected. Our rooms were all over the hotel. Most of the family didn’t get their buffet coupons as promise. I had to complain 3 times before a nice clerk name Marvin provided me with mines. I was the host and my room was not ready until well after 5. I had spoke with the event planner and told her that I had just gotten 5 injection on each said of back the day before so sitting up cause great pain to my back that I miss half... read more
