The hotel staff was very accomdating with our event . Nothing was too much for the staff to do to make our event a successful.
Beautiful and clean. Staff was polite and friendly. Even with a large sporting event staying in the hotel it was never any excessive noise. Will definitely return
I stayed here for my birthday this past weekend, it was horrible. The first room we checked in to had bed bugs on the bed. We then moved to another room on the 10th floor and after that I was not able to sleep or rest comfortably. Not to mention the gate that leads to the parking lot, it kept getting stuck and would not let us out of the gate. Every time we left the hotel we would get stuck and ask for assistance to get out. There would be a line of cars behind us waiting to exit as well. I would never come back to this hote... read more
My favorite hotel to stay at in St.Louis! Customer Service is excellent, bell hops and housekeeping staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend!
