RecommendedRecently stayed here for a family reunion June 21-23 2019. Loved everything about my stay. The only problem I didn't care for was $17 for breakfast per person That adds up when you have a large family so we had to go eat breakfast at another location. No microwaves in the room was a bummer as well. You'd think a nice hotel like this would have microwaves. You get a refrigerator but no microwave
I was there back on June 1, 2019 and no one could find my reservation but, the manager. I forgot her last name. But she was African American and had awesome patience and was very positive on making me feel welcome and reassured that I would have a room in the most richest and fancy Hotel I have ever been. Thank you Renaissance, I will be BACK. 10-STARS
I booked 3 rooms for me and my family. They required my credit card to reserve the rooms but they assured me we could pay separately on arrival. When we arrived we were surprised with a $12 parking fee, and I asked if my room had the pack in play that was requested and she said no but she will send one up. I waited for 2 hours and had to call to get the pack in play. The rooms are very dated and look nothing like the pictures. The lady at check in was rude. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.
Drove 14hrs to get here for my daughters pool tournament. We still don't have a room where she can relax before her first game which is tonight.
Get more restaurants - should not charge for coffee at the bar at 5 30am it should be free
