My worst Marriott Hotel Experience EVER - For the record I am a Platinum Marriott Member and stay with Marriott about 3 weeks a month. This experience will have me back at Hilton Properties.

I really enjoyed my stay and experience at the Renaissance this weekend!!!! The Bellmen were ready to assist... answered our questions and made my family feel very welcome!! Our room was emaculate!! We really loved all the many places throughout the common areas to sit and enjoy time with others. Our event meeting places were beautiful... to say the least!! We had a great time in every way! Nona Thomas World Ministries chose the right place for this "Eagle's Call" Conference!!!! Our God met us in this place!!! God bless you ... read more
We stay here tons!! We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in the cleanliness of the room, VERY WORN SHEETS!! I'm not even sure they were clean! 😜
