Clean staff friendly food very good will do it again
I will admit when we arrived we encountered several issues. I was there for a week long training. I was trying to figure out how to stay somewhere else. But after speaking with Jason (navagator), my mind totally changed. I'm glad I stayed there. The hotel took care of me! Do stay you will be taken care of.
Enjoyed the stay. The service was great--the staff was pleasant. No complaints about the room. Will be back next year!!!
Nice place but no refrigerator or microwave in the room. They charge a lot and don't have the basics that Holiday Inn does.
I'm greatful for the last minute short stay due to my flight being cancelled. My room was nice and big. I was near the elevator and as large as the hotel was I was able to get around, order a lite dinner. Your shuttle got me to my early morning flight in plenty of time!
Friendly, convenient & dependly good hotel food. The parking lot is showing some age from St Louis' crazy weather but otherwise no complaints.
Rooms are comfy and extra clean! Customer Service is Superb.. Order room service & the Food was delicious.. I will stay at this property our next visit to STL
