True Marriott quality service. Staff is attentive and compassionate.
Beautiful ambiance, restaurant poorly staff,slow and unorganized. Poor customer service. Bathrooms by Conference room was out of toilet paper before 1:00 in afternoon and was not replenish by 3pm. To be ranked 5 star for rooms. . Ill give 3 in Customer Service

Beautiful hotel. Huge concierge lounge that is very chic and modern. The staff though is top notch. I complained that the concierge lounge had fried buffalo chicken poppers and pretzels with Velveeta for apps tonight (thanks for the coronary) and no soup or salad, which is more like a Motel 6 than Marriott's luxury brand. Hannah and Julie were very apologetic and accomodating. If they make the lounge more welcoming with healthier and more upscale food options, I would give them 5 stars.
They knocked it out the park love and will be planning atleast our quarterly BAEcation.
Staff at the front desk were pretty rude. For a 5 star Hotel I would have expected much better service. The Restaurant staff on the other hand were first rate. Good food and great service. Lobby was very clean and the rooms were as well. The bathrooms in the room are small and sub-par. The shower dribbles water and it took me 30 minutes to take a shower. The shower doors kept opening while I was taking a shower. Upon closing the sliding door for the shower it seems to stay closed for 4 to 5 seconds before sliding open again ... read more
