This was my second stay, both were very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. Booked again for my honeymoon and did not tell them that was my reason for my stay. I checked in on line and upon my arrival I did inform them of my marriage and my husbands birthday and we were upgraded with complimentary Champagne and breakfast. That 11th floor is amazing. Will be back in April.
It's a good Renaissance hotel. I'm platinum elite and I typically stay around 100 or so nights per year in Marriott properties. "A" for effort on the bathroom remodel but they really missed the mark. Water pressure was low and the fixed "rain shower" like shower head isnt movable and I felt like i had to get too close to the front wall of the shower in order to use it properly. We are so excited to bring our Missouri State Convention, "Develop MOPPA", back to the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel in August 2017! The event space is beautiful and perfect for our needs. The event staff is top-notch! And can we talk about the catering & events department? Wow!!! (One of the main reasons we are returning) Attentive, polite, quick to respond, and accommodating. Soon as you walk in it was breathe taking. Very cozy... Wasn't vrowded for our function. Friendly staff.
Relaxing, cozy. Friendly staffs. But a little bit costly.
