I am so grateful for the staff at the Renaissance. Spending the week there was as close to feeling like a home as a hotel can. Everyone was so warm and welcoming! I was recognized by staff, who made sure to tell me they would see me tomorrow. The took care of me as though I was family. So grateful. Thank you.

I'm in my room right now everything is clean except for the glasses you drink out of (I was not going to use them anyway I was getting the ice bucket). I'm in the bed right now and it's comfortable as could be. The power did go out for about an hour but the lobby said it was locally out. I don't like the fact that you pay $100+ for a room and they want you to fork out $10+ for internet. If we come back to town we might stay here again.
They are doing construction so I'm living through drills and hammers. I've moved rooms and floors once to get aways from it just to wake up to it again. How disrespectful and such a waste of money. This should be told to you when making reservations!
We've only been here for one night of our stay, so far, the staff has been wonderful! My one request would be a microwave and a mini fridge in our room. I pulled out my microwave popcorn, and realized there wasn't one. Other than that, I find it quieter than many hotels, the bed is fantastic, and as I've said, the staff has been great.
I travel for a living. Stay at Marriott's over 100 nights a year. This by far was one of the worst days I've ever had at a Marriott property. The bed sheet head what look like blood stains on it. The phone next to the bed did not work why would I use that because the Internet was not working. Could not even get an ashtray for my smoking room roaches on the walls
Had a great time in your hotel the room had heating issues but engineering fixed the problem promptly. Grade would have been better if breakfast buffet food up to proper temperature.
