I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton and other higher end Marriott hotels and this by far is the WORST HOTEL EVER. Broken elevator signs for the entire stay, sheets never changed, dirty towels stuffed under my mattress, and the rudest front desk service ever from Bethany. The only redeeming part was the customer service from Erica at the front desk. I will never recommend anyone to stay here.
