House of horrors. Not a true marriott product. Management lies to their guests.
Because of a delayed flight, I was sent to this hotel with an airline voucher. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't accept the voucher and there was not a room available for me. However, the manager went out of her way to call the airline for me to help figure out what i should do next. I was not a paying customer and the lobby was full of people checking in. When I got home from my trip to St Louis I realized I had left some items behind in the room. I called the hotel and they put me through to housekeeping. Nobody answered the phone so I had to leave a message. Nobody ever called me and I didn't get my stuff back.
Great place to work... And visit everyone is so nice!!!
Loved everything about the hotel Food was good too
