Yes I stay here a lot. But continued shout outs for excellent service to Marcia, Richard, Matt, Kevin, Julie --where were you Chad? And ? because he's awesome at check in/guest services--why can't I remember his name. You all make the REN feel like hone. Thank you!
I'm a wedding DJ so it was a pleasure working with Sarah, Larry and their crew! Beautiful venue too!
The beds are very hard, and the pillows inadequate. Woke up every morning with either a sore neck or sore shoulders or both. Spent 3 nights. YIKES The restaurant and staff are top notch, standing head and shoulder above all others. Food was outstanding.
When we arrived for our business convention, our rooms were not ready because they hadn't been cleaned yet. It was never made very clear why that was but, we waited for 2 hours before we could have access to our room. Poor service.
This is the only hotel I've ever been too that charges $15 a day for WiFi which is ridiculous with $8 bottle water the rooms where overall nice although we had to wait 40 mins for it to be available TV's outdated probably would consider other hotels in the area such as Hilton next time.
The Renaissance was great, had a lovely room and the accommodations were extremely nice. Will definitely return!
Going on 90 minutes waiting for our room to be ready (along with 10+ other parties in the lobby). Check-in was at 3:00, we arrived a bit past 4:00. The excuse? "We had a lot of late check outs." Wow..... shouldn't a hotel know how to handle that? (A 10% discount really doesn't make up for this).
