Big name, dirty room! Felt like a cheap 2-star motel room!
Staff was very rude- sadly two staff members ruined my perspective on the whole place. We most definitely will NEVER return!! The staff may need to be reminded without customers they don’t have a job to go to. Treat people how you want to be treated- it’s that easy!

Showed up at approximately 11p last night and was told that, despite booking weeks in advance, they didn't have a room available for me. They claimed it was due to an "engineering problem." The woman at the desk asked me if I'd need other arrangements, and when I said yes told me that she would have a shuttle pick me up and bring me to a comparable hotel immediately. I stayed the weekend of 12-6-19 for the Invictus Conference. An employee, Denise Belham, I believe was her name, made sure the workings of the conference were seamless. It couldn't have been done without her immense efforts on our behalf. Renaissance, you have a jewel in this woman!
