The staff is very friendly. Amazing location. The hotel is beautiful. Love the history. It attaches to the skywalk for even more convenience. Just a couple of complaints... no bathroom counter space. Hoping renovation fixes that. Lastly I was a part of a scam incident where the bar staff gave out my name, room number and bill amount. Obviously I shared my concern the next morning and was just given an apology despite the fact I did not sleep well. Luckily nothing came of it other than a sleepless worried night. Truly pathetic. Tiny, tiny rooms; rude apathetic staff; restaurant seldom available. We were told hotel was closing in August for renovations and a lot of their staff had left and they could not find short-term replacements. They had no problem, however, charging 3 star prices for a third rate dump.
