My team and I stay in this hotel for a conference. The good first - it was clean and the bar was nice. Has good drinks and on was served in a cute bathtub! Now for the rest - The hotel smelled like urine and smoke on the 2nd floor up and over powering perfume in the Lobby. On the second day the team was taking the elevator to the 9th floor and around floor 7 the elevator shook and bounced around with a very large bang. Let me start off by saying the hotel is nice and its a cool historic building. HOWEVER We booked a few rooms and prepaid for them at the point of booking. When we checked in, they asked for a card to hold in case of any issues. After checking out, not only was I charged a SECOND time on my original card but then a THIRD time on the card I put down for incidents. Have called numerous times and talked to management and everytime they apologize and assure me the charges will be refunded that day. It never actually happens. I st... read more

Very clean and the desk host was professional. The checkin process tool maybe one minute. The room wasn't huge but it was very clean and everything worked as expected. The bed was comfortable. Having the parking deck next to it is a huge plus.

Very nice hotel. Got a deluxe King room which was very spacious. The only con was the bathroom which was nice, however it was the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced in a hotel. Would stay again.
