Can't rave enough about the entire staff at this Renaissance. The hotel can use some updating but the service is unreal. Everyone we encountered was especially friendly and went out of their way to ensure an amazing stay. The concierge team (Kevin, Kathleen, Ted and Karen) went above and beyond, even threw a surprise birthday party for my sister. I can't express how great the service is. Location is excellent, can't wait to return.
Did not care for this hotel at all check-in was at 4 p.m. The room wasn't ready until 4:15. But for $189 they should have been on time. And then before you know it the maids were knocking on the doors so they could get in and clean up will never stay there again I do not recommend
We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past several to attend Red White and Boom. This year the rate is 100% more than we have paid in past years. We always get 3 rooms so our kids and grandkids can all stay. Guess we won't be going this year.
